SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- All regular products items are shipped within 2 business days.
- All customized products items are shipped within 5 business days.
- If you require expedited shipping service, please note your shipping requirement in the comment section of your order and we will outline your options and costs by return email before shipping.
SHIPPING METHOD
- Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Standard unless otherwise directed.
- USA orders are shipped by UPS Courier Standard unless otherwise directed.
- We will glady drop ship your product order (NO PO Box numbers for courier service).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- A copy of your order detail is sent to your email address upon submission of your order.
- All shipments are confirmed by email with a waybill number for tracking purposes.
- For Canadian orders www.canadapost.ca and for USA orders www.ups.com.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
- Your quality product is packaged to ensure maximum protection. In addition, your investment is shipped insured to protect against any possible inconvenience.
PRODUCT RETURNS
- Should you wish to return your product for a refund, a restocking charge of 20%
(not including freight, custom and brokerage charges) will be applied to your refund.
- Customized products will not be accepted for refunds.
TAX APPLICATIONS
- Your shipping fee to your destination is calculated for the most economical cost. However, any further duty, bond, customs, brokerage, processing fees, import charges or taxes are the rersponsibility of the customer.
